Art. 21 (1) DS-GVO eingelegt und es steht noch nicht fest, ob die berechtigten Gr\u00fcnde des Verantwortlichen gegen\u00fcber denen der betroffenen Person \u00fcberwiegen.<\/p>\n<p>Sofern eine der oben genannten Voraussetzungen gegeben ist und eine betroffene Person die Einschr\u00e4nkung von personenbezogenen Daten, die bei uns gespeichert sind, verlangen m\u00f6chte, kann sie sich hierzu jederzeit an uns wenden.<\/p>\n<p>f) Recht auf Daten\u00fcbertragbarkeit<\/p>\n<p>Jede betroffene Person hat das Recht, die sie betreffenden personenbezogenen Daten, welche durch die betroffene Person einem Verantwortlichen bereitgestellt wurden, in einem strukturierten, g\u00e4ngigen und maschinenlesbaren Format zu erhalten.
